I hope this review is teaching lesson for Ali and Rapid Tire And Auto service. So I came to rapid tire and auto service today looking to get my tire put on a rim. Ali said yes we can do it for 25 $. I said that's great. He takes a look at my car and tries to upsale me a whole nother tire that I don't need. I explain to him I don't need one right now and I don't have the money. He visibly gets upset and throws his hands in the air like a child and says "no problem". Then continues to talk about me in another language to his co worker. Which made him look very cowardly. I don't know if you know this Ali , but just because we don't understand what your saying verbatim doesn't mean we don't know your talking about us. But I have a solution for you, because I'm not gonna just critique you and not give you a solution 😉.Conduct your business properly, work on your social skills, customer service and treat EVERYONE even if they don't look like you that pulls up to that garage with dignity and respect. And watch how your business will flourish 💰. People talk , and once word gets around that you conduct bad business it's hard to get that stain off your reputation as a business. Hope this re

Fair pricing and amazing customer service. The guys got done with my oil change and a valve stem change within about a half hour or so and they did a wonderful job. David especially was very kind, he was very attentive when I explained the few issues I was having with my car and offered me a drink while I waited for the service to be done. Support small businesses!

I had a great experience at Rapid Tire and Auto Service. The staff was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They got my car in quickly and had the work done faster than I expected, all while keeping me updated along the way. The pricing was fair, and you can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. I’ll be coming back for any future maintenance and repairs.
